Lack of sources on the web about the origin and construction of the lens. He was a freebie to another purchase. With the construction of most closely resembles the Tomioki lenses. Made solidly. Works softly and gently. I gather up the courage to take pictures with this lens. Looks like a standard 50mm lens with f = 2.8 light suggesting here Tessar structures or low priced triplet. Deep-seated front lens lets have hope for a little flare.
